Appointment 1 Meet with your Personal Fitness Consultant for the first of four individualized sessions. Receive circumference measurements and body composition measurements. Set goals and identify barriers which may prevent you from exercising regularly. Complete a Dietary Questionnaire. Appointment 2 Find out what your target heart rate range is and participate in a cardiovascular program. Begin circuit training on our Strive Smart Strength circuit. Increase strength, improve posture, slim down & tone up. Receive an update on your Nutritional Program. Appointment 3 Modify your Cardio and Strength workouts as needed. Receive an update on your nutritional intake, including food planner and a grocery list. Re-measure to find out how you are progressing. Appointment 4 Your final session with your Personal Fitness Consultant. Review your goals, discuss whether or not you have achieved them. Re-measure and receive your final nutritional analysis, as well as our “Awesome Abs” Program. Decide whether you are going to sign up for another 12 weeks and continue on with your program.
