 Malta Health & Fitness, located in the Malta Mall off Exit 11 of the
Northway is a full service Fitness Center offering cardiovascular fitness machines
(including audio and visual entertainment systems to be used by members while exercising), free weights, Strive Smart Strength and Cybex weight machines. We incorporate stretching and stability areas, as well as a variety of group exercise programs. We cater to business professionals, adult residents including senior citizens, and school age students to provide quality health and fitness programs in a clean, professional, non-intimidating environment where members have the opportunity to pursue their fitness goals at their own pace, while experiencing audio and/or visual entertainment on modern exercise machines.
Hours of Operation Monday through Thursday 5am - 10pm Friday 5am - 9pm (Summer Hours begin 5/23, Fridays 5am-8pm) Saturday 7am - 3pm Sunday 8am - 1pm and 4 - 7pm
